A Mediterranean Leadership Retreat

I have spent over 20 years designing transformative leadership retreats in the United States. I am thrilled to announce my dream: my first international leadership retreat in Fornalutx, Mallorca. My goal is that this retreat nourishes you, confirms your leadership brilliance, encourages learning and builds a new circle of support.
All leaders are welcome! If you are leading an organization, household, volunteer group or a sports team, please come to Mallorca! I welcome all levels of experience, from new leaders to new retirees, and those who have been in their role for some time, but are looking for new perspectives.
I’ve partnered with La Cosecha to curate an incredibly unique experience to complement our focus on leadership. We will connect with Mallorca’s creative community and find inspiration in the island’s dramatic landscapes.
