Crafting the Retreat

Results-driven engagements begin with a smart process.

I partner with executive sponsors to develop creative virtual retreats that integrate leadership assessments, team building, strategic planning, and organizational development theory in impactful ways. Virtual retreats can be short productive bursts or part of a series over time.

Discover
Create the foundation for success. I conduct a needs assessment to build key retreat themes and align leadership perspectives.

Design
Using the themes as a guide, I design a set of custom and creative experiences, weaving in organizational culture and business goals.

Facilitate
Staff and clients can expect engaging and highly participatory experience. I am a high-energy facilitator and keep the client in the center of the experience.

Evaluate
After the retreat, I evaluate and share a summary of insight back to the leadership team.

I have led virtual retreats for over 20 years.  No matter the size and format, my focus is on engaging the individuals in the experience.
