Building the Culture and Trust on a New Senior Leadership Team

Challenge 
A new CEO months before the entire organization went remote, a new Senior Leadership Team and new culture, how can we build cohesion and trust and alignment to a new vision?

Solution
I conducted 1:1 zoom interviews with each SLT member and designed a series of Virtual Retreats. Retreats focused on building trust, leading during VUCA times, and aligning to the vision of the WFP.
